For the 9th year in a row, Breakthrough Strength & Fitness will participate in "The Longest Day" to support the Alzheimer's Association. This annual event takes place on the Summer Solstice, with the purpose of using the 16 hours of daylight to shine our lights, and share our strength for all those battling Alzheimer's and dementia.
Do something good for you and for others by joining us for a class on Saturday 6/22 - Endurance at 9am, Boxing at 9:45am, Yoga at 10:30am. Donations in any amount are welcome. Members can sign up as you usually would for these classes, and non-members can email us to RSVP. Spaces are limited!
Join our Longest Day Team and commit to doing the full "1600 Strength Challenge" on Friday 6/21. You can come in and complete the workout anytime from 6am-10am and 4pm-6pm.
Make a donation to our Team and support the important efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Our 1600 Strength Challenge on The Longest Day will honor the strength, passion and endurance of those facing Alzheimer’s disease. The Breakthrough Longest Day Team will commit to completing 1600 reps in a total body strength workout to raise awareness and funds for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Together we can show those facing Alzheimer’s disease they are not alone. Please consider joining our Longest Day Team, or making a donation to help the Alzheimer’s Association advance research and provide care to those facing the disease.
